Here is my selection of noteworthy highlights from Microsoft Power BI July 2021 Feature Summary.
Reporting
- Small Multiples Visual
- It is now generally available
- Sorting across dimensions & measures is now added
- Conditional Formating for more elements
- A lot of text labels, colour labels, titles and few others now have the ability for conditionally formatting
- Power Automate Visual is not available out-of-box in PBI Desktop
Modelling
- New Model View is Generally Available
- Our loved UI is finally available out-of-box, no more hassle of the pop-up to Upgrade it.
Visualization
- PureViz Infographic
- Looks interesting, it says that it helps convert Powerpoint into Visuals.
- Will definitely check it out and write a post or update on it.
